Sales Tax
|
- A 5 % sales tax
will be added to bows purchased in or shipped to any Virginia address. Purchasers entitled to sales tax exemptions
must file applicable forms with my business prior to sale. Purchaser is
responsible for all shipping charges.
- I comply to all sales tax laws. Don't ask me to be dishonest.

Methods of Payment
|
- Full payment is due at time of
sale. Payments can be made by cash,
check or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER AMERICAN EXPRESS). Wire Bank
transfer.

Bad Checks
|
- I charge a $25 processing fee for checks
returned for insufficient funds
|
|
Guarantees
|
- All bows are sold in "as is" condition. I
will make minor adjustments to the bow if needed at no charge to the
purchaser for up to one year from date of purchase. Limited warranties are
issued only with my certification. See Warranties.

Trial Periods
|
- Bows are
available for trial for a period of one week. Trial forms must be signed
prior to loan. Customers are held fully responsible for the bows until their
return.
- I ship bows on approval rarely and only at my discretion.Trial forms
must be signed prior to shipment. Shipping charges are due in advance and
are refundable upon purchase.
- Bows are not available for trial outside of
the U.S.A.

Buy Backs, Trade-Ins & Trade-Ups
|
- I buy back bows and take trade-ins fully at my discretion and only at
current wholesale market rates.
- I give full credit for a bow purchased from my shop toward the purchase of another bow from my shop provided the bow
purchase was not from a consignment sale or going toward the purchase of a
consignment sale. By accepting
consignment sales, my ability to accept trade-ups is thereby limited.

Foreign Sales
|
- All pricing is in U.S. dollars. Because of
exchange rate fluctuations, please make all payments in U.S. dollars.
Any exchange rate charges will be billed to the buyer. Any brokerage
fees, taxes and duties will be the responsibility of the buyer. On the
return of merchandise from a foreign country, including Canada, I will not
be responsible for any fees which may be incurred regardless of the reason
for return.

Privacy Issues

- All information that I receive from you is held in
confidence, and is not released to anyone outside my business, except as
directed by you, or as required by law. In order to guard your nonpublic
personal information, I maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards that comply with professional standards.

|
- Comments, suggestions, likes or dislikes of my services
and products or anything else you can think of are appreciated and are taken seriously.
